Merchandise must be inspected upon arrival.  We must be notified within 5 days of receipt if there are shortages or errors.  If there is a problem, email photos of damages to: and we will work with you to correct the problem. We will not be responsible for claims filed after 5 days of delivery. Restocking charges of 25% will be assessed to any approved requests to return merchandise not shipped in error or damaged and freight charges both ways will be the responsibility of the customer. 

No returns after 20 days will be accepted.  When a return is necessary, please call our office for an authorization number as unauthorized returns will be refused.  If goods are damaged or short shipped due to the carrier, sign off waybill or document accordingly, and file the claim with the delivering carrier immediately.  Keep all original packing materials until the carrier has made their inspection. 

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the properly returned item. Please note: we will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

We will do our best to process the return quickly. Please allow at least 7-10 business days for processing. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only.


We automatically back-order any item out of stock unless you specify otherwise each order. 

Care and handling tips:

Color variations and defects in leaves are normal just as they are in nature.  Color may vary due to different dye times.  Forever Green Art is working diligently to produce product with little or no glycerin drip.  However, in some botanicals, the absorption rate is such that an excess is stored within the plant.  This is why it is important to let your customers know that controlled conditions are optimal. Items placed outdoors will not be guaranteed. When kept in correct conditions (out of sunlight and humidity), foliages can last for several years.  While the majority of our preserved products are trouble free, we recommend storing and displaying preserved botanicals in climatically controlled environments.  Humidity may, in some circumstances, cause some preserved materials to drip glycerin.  We recommend cleaning plants with a blow dryer on a low cool setting. Leaf shine may also be lightly applied.  There are also commercial silk and dried flower cleaners on the market.

Rush Orders:

All rush orders are exempt from our standard return policy. We do not accept returnees for RUSH orders.

Closeout and Overstock Items:

All closeout items are exempt from our standard return policy. We do not accept returns for closeout and overstock items. Items will be clearly marked closeout or overstock on the website.

International Orders:

All international orders are exempt from our standard return policy. We do not accept returns for international orders. If our international shipment arrives damaged, we will work with you to possibly exchange or repair your item, but that is not guaranteed depending on the location the item is shipped.
